The approach we use
Our approach · IFS
We tell this idea as an animated series, Who’s Inside: Phum’s inner dorm, where every room is one voice in his head · New episodes every Saturday, 19:30

EP1 · Phum
You’re not the only one in your head

EP2 · Niti
The voice that criticizes may be scared for you

EP3 · Dab
Scrolling all night isn’t laziness

EP4 · Coming soon
Remind me when it’s out
The whole idea, in three pieces
The critic, the rager, the one that exhausts you — none of them are what they seem. They’re stuck in roles they took on to protect you. Underneath, every part wants things to be better.
The tightness in your chest, the looping thought, the sudden “I don’t care” — these are doorways. Follow one with curiosity and you’ll find the part it’s coming from.
Beneath the noise is your Self — the part that can be curious, calm, and kind. The wise one who has been there before and can simply sit with whatever comes up.
Nothing at all. If you do not know where to begin, that is fine — we can start from there together. Just find a quiet place where you can talk comfortably for about 30 minutes.
No. When you book, you choose a video call (Google Meet) or a phone call. On a video call, camera on or off is up to you.
Yes. We do not share what you tell us with anyone, including your family, employer or school, without your consent. The only exceptions are the few the law requires, such as a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. The details are in our terms of service.
After the first session you can choose: pay per session with no sign-up fee, or go Premium for 40–50% off every session and cancel any time. Prices depend on the session length and the kind of service — see them all on Pricing & Packages. You do not have to decide now: talk first, then choose.
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can diagnose and prescribe medication. Our psychologists help you through conversation and IFS therapy; they do not diagnose or prescribe. If we see along the way that you would benefit from a psychiatrist’s care, we will tell you plainly and help refer you, and we can keep working with you alongside them if you would like.
Yes. We work with teenagers from age 13. Anyone under 20 needs a parent’s or guardian’s consent before starting. Parents hear about overall progress, but not the details of what their teen shares, unless the teen agrees or it is a matter of safety. Read more
