No. Basic is what you get the moment you sign up, at no cost.
When can I cancel Premium?
Any time, from your account page. There is no lock-in contract and you do not have to give a reason.
Which sessions does the 40–50% discount apply to?
Every session, for as long as you are a Premium member — not just the first one, and not only during a promotion.
I have never heard of IFS. Can I still start?
Yes. Most people who start with us have not heard of it either. Your psychologist takes it one step at a time, and there is nothing you need to read first.
I am not ready to talk to anyone yet. Where can I start?
Start with the short self-check you can do on your own, without talking to a single person. You can decide what comes next afterwards.
